Receptionist (Term Position) We are looking for an amazing person to join our team to cover a maternity leave for our receptionist. The position term will likely be for about 1.5 years, or a little longer, and we are wanting someone to start ASAP for training. 🐾 Being a veterinary receptionist is NOT an easy job. We need someone reliable, who can multitask and can handle stressful situations well. There is a lot to learn with this position, but we are here to help and support you. As receptionist you are the face and voice of the clinic - the first contact most people will have with our practice. We need someone who is friendly, professional, and compassionate. You also will get to snuggle with puppies and kittens from time to time! 😻 Shifts are 8 hours with 1 hour off for lunch, Monday to Friday. Wage is based on experience. Some reception experience or experience in the veterinary industry would be ideal but not necessary. If you think this may be the job for you, please send your resume and cover letter to or drop it off at the clinic during regular business hours. Link to job ad on Indeed:
